What we collect

When you place an order or contact us, we collect your name, phone number, email address and delivery address. We do not collect or store your card, UPI or bank details. Online payments are processed by our payment partner PayU on their secure servers.

How we use it

• To process, pack and deliver your order.
• To contact you about your order, delivery or a support request.
• To send you offers, only if you ask us to. You can opt out at any time.

Who we share it with

We share only what is needed with our courier partners (to deliver your order) and with PayU (to process your payment). We never sell or rent your personal information.

Cookies

Our site uses only the basic cookies needed for it to work and for secure payment. We do not use advertising trackers.

Products

Our spices are natural, homemade products. Colour, texture and aroma can vary slightly from batch to batch and from the photos on the site. Please check the label for ingredients and the best-before date.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable GST. Delivery charges, if any, are shown before you pay. We accept online payment by card, UPI, net banking and wallets through PayU. We may change prices at any time, but the price you see when you place your order is the price you pay.

Orders

An order is confirmed once payment is received. We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, the address is not serviceable, or the price shown was clearly wrong. In that case you get a full refund.

Use of the site

All content on this site, including the Ghar Masala name, logo, photos and text, belongs to Heaven Field Food. Please do not copy it without our permission.

Liability

Our products are food items, not medicines. Any health or beauty uses mentioned are traditional home uses, not medical advice. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts at Fazilka, Punjab.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

You can cancel your order any time before it is dispatched by calling us on +91 94658 00029 or emailing support@gharmasala.com. Prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch are refunded in full.

Returns

Because our products are food items, we cannot accept returns of opened jars or for a change of mind.

Damaged, wrong or missing items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, with the wrong product or with something missing, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo or video of the package. We will send a free replacement or give you a full refund for that item, whichever you prefer.

Refund timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method (card, UPI, bank account or wallet). Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Where we deliver

We deliver across India through trusted courier partners.

Dispatch and delivery time

Orders are packed fresh and dispatched within 1–3 working days. Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer.

Shipping charges

Shipping is a flat ₹60 per order, and FREE on orders of ₹499 and above. The exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we send the tracking details to your phone or email.

Failed delivery

If a parcel comes back to us because of a wrong address or because no one was available, we will contact you to re-ship it. Extra shipping charges may apply.
